Pros

Stable company, job security, good pay increases

Cons

Store managers do not have enought interaction with hourly associates. When they do they undermine what assistant managers have been relaying to our associaste.

Flexible scheduling offers variety of options for workers, shift managers are helpful when problems arise, good benefits and fair merit increases.

Cons

Rude customers can make the job difficult, upper mangement has changed several times in one year which has impacted morale.

Pay isn't the best, but it isn't the worst either. There is opportunity to learn and advance.

Cons

It is retail and the schedule and demands of retail are not for everyone. Nights, Weekends, Holidays are all expected.
