Pros

It was a fairly relaxed environment, not a whole lot of pressure, coworkers and management were nice. Not an extremely demanding job by any means.

Cons

Sometimes it could be a little boring, on holidays it would get extremely busy and sometimes we would be understaffed. Could be a bit more organized during these days.

Pros

Large Company with state of the art technology. Business Plans in place at all times. Great resource and reference system. Friendly Associates and Management to work with.

Cons

Long hours. Expected but not stated to work longer than paid hours as Management. Lack of proper training for Associates as the Company has grown faster than available workforce. Communication with different Depts in Home Office (Planning and Distribution mostly) needs work.
