Pros

-free college ( I think) -two 15 minute breaks (paid), and an hour lunch (unpaid) for 8 hours shifts. -time goes by quickly in department since so much to do -small store so you get to know customers and coworkers very quickly -can create your own set schedule.

Cons

-small storage for back stock and too much product shipment to keep storage empty. -not much training, if any at all.
