The growth opportunities for this position are not clearly defined as it is an entirely nascent role within the company.

Pros

Great opportunities, great pay and benefits, corporate culture and commitment to diversity and inclusion

Cons

There is tremendous pressure to cut costs, so there is no budget to attend conferences or gain valuable training. Not enough resources and unattainable amount of work is assigned makes employees feel under valued and expendable
