Pros

Fun work, good community to live, market pay

Cons

Leadership in the Finance area is the worst in the Fortune 150. Promotions are based on your political maneuverings rather than your performance. The tax and treasury leadership is very unscrupulous. Have witnessed the leadership lie, steal, and cheat on employees for personal gain. If you are black or a female, you have a golden ticket. They openly discriminate against white males.
