Pros

I honestly have no pros to add. It *barely* paid the bills while I worked there.

Cons

No more than 32 hours alloted a week at the location I was employed at, they made it seem like a huge deal that they raised the hourly wage back in 02/16 - but at the same time they were heavily cutting back hours. The management team belittled a lot of the sales associates, it very much did not seem like a team, just managers barking orders at the associates. The health insurance was a joke, and you had to be employed there for an entire year and get full-time hours before you were able to receive any benefits.

Pros

Wal-Mart is a great place to work if you are an outgoing person that enjoys being around people and don't mind working at a fast or slow pace.

Cons

Have to be open to work any hour to get 40 hours
