Friendly colleagues Office cabs and office food

Cons

Micro management. Lesser pay compared to the market. Not tech first. Lots of processes and approvals even for a simple release. No learning opportunities. Innovation is not allowed. Speed over quality mindset.

- No vision of CTO - No learning and growth - Number of users of most of the products are minimal - Toxic manager, almost misogynistic - engineering manager is from service based who won’t doesn’t even know how to behave. Wants us to worship him
