      Pros

      Great culture. Can move around the company and be successful doing whatever you are passionate about. You get to lead your own initiatives that you care about even if others don't immediately see their value. Managers support development of Proof of Concepts when you have an idea you're passionate about and will invest in you and advocate for you if the PoC is promising/successful.

      Cons

      Health insurance. High deductible. Then 25% coinsurance until you hit your max out of pocket, which you won't ever hit barring some disaster.
