Pros

Decent pay (compared to other companies not for actual living expenses) Flexible 2 week notice to get days off as needed Consistent hours Associates always willing to lend a hand Can be an upbeat work environment (depends on the ppl and the mood) Never a dull moment, often needed for tasks other than your designated area

Cons

Benefits aren't great and are very hard to acquire Inconsistent days (happens in retail) Associates stretched thin Tools needed to complete jobs are stretched thinner Always expecting more for less, near impossible to make positive changes without someone having an issue Moving up requires either a staggering amount of work load or ez pz favoritism

Pros

-Good Pay, 10/hr after three months -Online / smartphone application for viewing pay stub and schedule. -Can request off days outside of the 3 week schedule -Planned out 3 week schedule

Cons

-Angry customers, this applies for any retail -Awful management, recently adapted to a new store manager, only cares about how the store looks and how much revenue it produces, cares not at all for the well being of their employees. -Awful hours in pretty much any position -RETAIL TRAP -No respect for employees whatsoever.
