Pros

Once full time, I had a fairly consistent schedule. If you have a great team, the job is extremely easy. Day to day had a familiar pattern

Cons

As many places a major problem can come from the store management, particularly when it comes to favoritism. If you bend over backwards for coaches, you can quickly make your way up the chain.
