The days I work are nice.

Cons

Basically locked down to perform any tasks in house. Can’t do anything without putting tickets in to have someone thousands of miles away to just ask questions to fix the problem, can’t work on any devices, I mean it’s bad when they’re locking down computers to those who work in an IT related field. I just feel like we’re treated like we know nothing. Need approvals just to download simple Microsoft applications because we’re not allowed to download anything online. I just wish they gave us more freedom to do the things we’re capable of doing.

-shift work from Tuesday-Friday or Saturday-Monday -offer premiums for night shift, weekend, freezer -benefits, healthcare, can buy discounted stock, Walmart+, discount card

Cons

-used to receive bonuses, but stopped doing it about 2 or 3 years ago -will cut hours and OT -blanket raises and can only move up through networking
