Pros

Learn Support skills, no manual labor, good starting pay

Cons

Learning opportunities can be limited once to a point, growth opportunities plateau quickly unless you find projects to do, Christmas is the only holiday that is guaranteed a day off.

Pros

Great pay, hours, benefits and paid time off. Work can be difficult but you can move to different positions and roles that fit you.

Cons

Long shifts, standing on your feet for long periods of time and having to lift heavy items can hurt your body.
