Pros

Walmart employment can be unstable but the Transportation division has been growing constantly since I started in 2016. There are many opportunities to grow within the company without having to relocate.

Cons

Although the responsibilities have grown exponentially as Transportation expands, the compensation per role has not grown to keep up with industry standards. Walmart believes that it is such a great place to work that associates will put up with lower pay than market competition.
