Pros

employee discount, medical insurance, flexible schedule

Cons

Poor management, no communication, lower-level employees do not receive yearly raises anymore. This company does not care about their employees needs and wants, you are just a number to them.

Pros

Pto if you’re there long enough.

Cons

Company used to be patient focused, now it’s based on a commission style selling without the commission. Market directors are pharmacists that lack management and optical experience and are typically hired because they are buddies with the regional.
