Pros

Fellow employees were wonderful and the vision center hours are very predictable.

Cons

Sometimes I would have to work from open to close and that wasn't the hours available that I had agreed upon when hired, but that's Walmart for you, right?

Pros

I spent most of my days working alone. I opened or closed and had the center to myself. I was offered a raise due to my work ethic within my first 6 months. It was also more than the 10 cents I had been led to believe everyone received.

Cons

I was offered a part-time schedule but had to work full-time hours because the other associate hired with me never actually finished training. Just hire someone else!
