Pros

Started as a cashier and moved into department manager role pretty quickly. From manager role i went into vision and got my licenses.

Cons

Some stores may not have the best leaders in the top positions which can make things difficult for someone who is truly giving it their all amd trying to grow their career.

Was it good place to work until the last 10 years

Cons

Was vision Center manager for 23 years never been coached nothing had did a great job ran a million two years store move to another store had 10 district managers in one year and the last one I had was a Indian female that didn't know anything about optical she was a pharmacist
