Pros

Polar Chev: Nice coworkers Great benefits New Building in 2021 HR is very nice Provided Saturday lunches

Cons

Polar Chev: Discrimination from management Harassment from coworkers If you're not "cool" or "popular" you get completely ignored by management. Favoritism is the GMs specialty. You will never get a raise. You will never get an exit interview. The GM will keep discriminating you until you quit and then he won't give an exit interview. They say they care about you when they don't. Quid Pro Quo is very common here.
