Pros

Sales Managers/BDC Managers/ Service Managers/Parts Managers do a great job.

Cons

More of the Best Buy type mentality that the owner has incorporated from his experiences and friendships with other Corporate likings. A revolving door in Upper Management. The Owner is "out of touch" with his business and this is clearly evident from the input that was received within middle Management.

Pros

I like to pay bills and eat food. They paid me enough to do those things. But not much else.

Cons

The Wichita stores are treated like an afterthought, and run like a giant used car lot. Some stores are dangerously close to having their franchises taken away by the manufacturers. The Minnesota employees get better wages, better benefits, and even receive annual bonuses, whereas Wichita employees do not. WE ALL KNOW THIS IS HAPPENING

Pros

They work you into the ground and prefer young milliennials to those of us who have experience. Then our entire department was dissolved because we made "too much money"

Cons

Very poor HR department and greed thrives at the top

Thank you for contacting us. While we always appreciate all feedback, we do hope that employees feel comfortable enough to engage directly with our open-door approach. It is always our preference to engage in “real-time" to talk directly about feedback. When staffing, we pride ourselves on finding excited, passionate employees from a wide and diverse pool of talented people. Our Business Development Center is progressive in that it offers a variety of schedules and work opportunities to accommodate our team members in every stage of their life. While change is an inevitable part of any business, we work hard to ensure those changes are communicated throughout all areas of our business and engage with our employees to provide an understanding of larger goals.
