Pros

Cool people, Great training, Good hourly, Possibility to make money if your a better salesman than your paycheck will say.

Cons

The bonus structure is unbelievably difficult to hit you will be dodging deals at the end of the month to keep your PVR good. The CEO’s of course pocket an unbelievable amount of money. They’ll flood the showroom floor in the winter and no one will bonus only make their hourly pay.

A Growing Company

Pros

A family business that continues to grow. There are many ways to advance within the company- internal promotions happen often and knowledge/experience seems to be the biggest deciding factor with promotions versus length of time in the company.

Cons

All of the best bonuses/contests/vacations are only awarded to dealership employees in Sales or Service. Corporate and Admin roles never get the chance to win anything great
