Pros

I have been with Walser for 5 years and don't see myself anywhere else. There is always room for advancement. Hard work is rewarded. If you want to get paid what you are worth, it will happen with Walser. The people are really what makes the difference. I have made some lifelong friends with the people I work with. Everyone is all pushing for the same goal. The make money, make people happy and have fun!

Cons

Typical of the industry, the hours get long but it is to be expected.

Pros

I love answering people's questions and helping them solve their problems. I love having my own cubicle. Usually a very laid-back job with not much to do, but that can be a bad thing too. Occasionally, things get extremely hectic, which can be a fun challenge. The ideas and values of the company owners are very positive. From my limited interaction with company people from Minnesota, Walser seems to know how to run a dealership and a BDC very well (but it will take time to mirror that in Kansas). Everyone from MN is friendly and eager to do a great job. There are a few people throughout the Kansas dealerships that are very driven individuals with a passion for what they do.

Cons

There is horrible communication between departments. It's very difficult to get the information needed to do my job. Seems like an abundance of employees here at Wichita Luxury Collection do not want to be here. Most are in the wrong position for their personality types and job skills. These issues are communicated over and over again from customers, yet things have only gone down-hill in the nine months I've worked here. The transition from Scholfield to Walser has been a large contributing factor, and I am confident that the company will do much better once the transition is more complete.
