Pros

Walser, by far, has been the best company I've ever worked for. I have loved all of my managers and have worked with some pretty awesome people. They really believe in work/life balance, which helps keep stress down. Once you get into the company, there are a lot of opportunities to move up and grow.

Cons

Sometimes you have to work late, but that happens at many jobs. The company is always changing, so you need to be on your toes at all times. At the dealerships, the winters are not always fun since you are always out in the cold. At the corporate level, it's VERY quiet and hard to get to know and relate to some of your coworkers.

AWFUL

Pros

If you find one, share it

Cons

Nepotism at its finest. Welcome to a breeding ground where if you are related to someone or know someone you will never advance your career here. The place is a joke while they attempt to promote their so called core values, they are really just something they use to lure you in, but no one in the company cares about them unless they are just trying to find a way to fire you. They discriminate, they retaliate, and any hope you have of making a complaint falls on deaf ears since every complaint made goes through senior management to decide how it will be handled. So there is no privacy to your complaints and you are likely made fun of too by the corporate staff. To make it worse, recruitment decisions are based on how pretty or young you are. I would give them ZERO stars, but it wont let me.

Very bad management, poor communication, not realistic expectations, long hours, management always micromanaging you, poor in-store training, effort you put in always goes to waste
