Great place to work if you are a carpenter who wants to be a superintendent. Terrible place for the rest of us.

Great place to gain field experience

Cons

Training programs are designed for the carpenters coming out the field into a superintendent role. If you are straight out of college or coming from a different department this is not the place to gain experience in all aspects of construction, it is very limited. When I showed a desire for growth that did not align with their training program I was bullied so badly by management I had to leave.
