Pros

It's easy to trade schedules with people, plenty of staff, friendly young employees, very well organized. You get good benefits including free admission to the park for yourself anytime and the ability to bring 3 people into the park with you that you want up to around 5 times a year. You also get free tickets that they mail you.

Cons

Positions pay better than similar positions, but not a very high wage for menial jobs like housekeeping, food service, etc but that is expected. There aren't that many cons Disney is a well oiled machine. I supposse it is a little bit of a hassle that you may have to wait up to 6 months before you can transfer to a different position if you don't like the cureent job.

Pros

good company culture and great people; Only good for those who look for a cushioned life and can sacrifice pay/growth

Cons

Salary cut, salary freeze and employee reduction are the primary steps for cost cutting Doesn't matter how hard/god you work, if you don't get Visibility, you are gone Very slow growth, almost stagnatiom. low benefits and difficult to grow up
