Pros

Good benefits before the change them at the end of the year. Making good friends with co-workers.

Cons

Not a competitive salary. A lot of sitting doing repetitive tasks. Bottom-line mentality of managers making them factory-worker boss men. Managers have no education in management . No stimulating professional development provided. High turnover.

Pros

Wonderful co-workers, great brand, get to meet (mostly) nice families. Some good perks.

Cons

Has turned our no pressure presentation into a "boiler room" experience. So disappointed that DVC has become a regular old timeshare. They only care about numbers, do not care about true, long time Disney cast members who believe in doing things the "Disney way". Management will never it admit it, but they do not care about the cast or the members, just their own job. The pay for what we do and the stress we are under is WAY below industry standard- very low commission (that keeps getting cut).

Growing Pains or just Poor Leadership

Pros

Park Pass is an awesome perk For the most part the people are great

Cons

- Hardly any direction or leadership - Teams are losing people super quickly and there is absolutely no urgency in backfilling positions so people that stay are getting burnt out quickly - Projects pop up with extreme urgency just to be delayed or completely decommissioned which leaves workers unmotivated because you never know what work is actually going to get used - Non competitive salary compared to other tech/streaming companies in the area
