Walters wedding estates is such a fun environment to work in. Everyone is so kind!

Cons

There is not events for it to be a full time job, most of the year.

I have worked in sales for over 15 years and no prior job has amounted to the joy that I have now found with working at Walters. No micromanaging and you can create your own schedule so the flexibility is INCREDIBLE along with GREAT pay. Management is always there to answer your questions and help you grow in your role!

Cons

Truly nothing- may be easy to overwork yourself but that’s with any competitive sales job
