Walton is a great open place to work. They encourage the employees to ask questions, they review with us the monthly financials and you are a part of forecasting which also makes you feel like it's really your company. Gary Walton encourages all the employees to call him and engage with him if they have a concern or if they just have a question. Gary has very much an open door policy or he's ready to get on the phone or zoom with you to answer questions and take care of any concerns. I really appreciate having a job with Walton Signage especially during this time of the Covid 19.
