Treated like we were a dime of a dozen.

Pros

Felt safe while in the building, due to the abundant amount of security cameras.

Cons

It has to be the worst environment for anyone to work an entire shift and not be appreciated for running around to keep THEIR numbers up when it's the company running behind on orders due to the lack of organization and communication. They are always hiring because they DO NOT train you properly and then get after you for numbers when you have no idea what/how to be successful. Or the best part is "Management" is just out of Highschool and has no idea how to run their shift while on their power trip.

Pros

The people - you will work with very talented individuals who push you out of your comfort zone in the best ways. The personal and professional growth I experienced while there was huge.

Cons

Teams are lean, just like any company trying to make it today. You will often be faced with the challenge of needing to do things quick and dirty and faced with the aftermath for cleaning up.
