Pros

Nice office. Some great people that will be lifelong friends. Get to work in fashion. Wantable has potential, there are some really great people and hard workers which makes a big difference. Passion.

Cons

Some upper management have conceited attitudes or are just plain mean. No one is better than anyone else but you don’t get that feeling here. You can get those weird vibes even in an all hands meeting. Though the ceo is always pleasant and inspiring. We can’t get inventory right for our customer and that falls a lot on our buying team but in reality it’s just miscommunication and poor management. Moving 100 miles per hour but lose sight of our customer. Project prioritization is a joke. Lofty goals with no clarity. Pride themselves on a good culture but I’m not sure they even know what that means. It should not be about happy hours and presents in the mail.

Pros

Good benefits, free cafe with free booze all the time, WFH

Cons

No growth opportunities, management doesn’t listen or value employee input, goals set are unrealistic, favoritism matters more than talent. Customer feedback means nothing to them and they are more interested in pushing out new promotions than they are in actually wowing and retaining the customers they have.
