Very quick to change direction when something is not working. Open door policy at all levels of management. If you want to work hard, learn, it is a great environment.

Cons

Like any start up or young company the Pros can become Cons very quickly if you do not thrive in a fast moving open environment. Typical retail/ecommerce company not for the faint of heart or for people who like the status quo.

The IT team has a great laid back atmosphere and everyone gets along extremely well. Its a great place to learn a lot very quickly.
