Pros

You get exposure to fast-moving projects.

Cons

- If you think this is a place that values people, think again. From day one, it feels like being trapped in a machine, forced to grind endlessly with zero respect. - Pay is pitiful, dealines never stop, and leadership breaks every promise the moment work lands on your desk. - The focus is on output and efficiency while basic human needs are ignored and mocked. - People are pushed to exhaustion, treated like disposable tools, and morale crashes almost immediately. - The founder boasts of grand vision but never takes responsibility when failure hits. - Chaos dominates, corners are cut constantly, and anyone who cares about respect or fairness will find no refuge here.

Pros

You can quiet quit and they won't know the difference.

Cons

I hated everything about working for under Wantable. Pay was low, promises were tossed around casually, and there was zero follow up once you were settled in. My manager was constantly on edge whenever the ceo reached out, which meant sudden pivots and an exhausting cycle of redoing work. The culture was disrespectful, even over small personal choices. They claim flexibility, but remote work is clearly not trusted, calendars are ignored, and meetings balloon into huge time wasters for no real reason. Marketing is treated like a blunt sales hammer with no data, no nurturing, and no strategy, which is ridiculous and burns everyone out fast.
