You can listen to music and block other people out. Almost all the work is stuff you do on your own, thankfully. The job is routine in a good way. There is almost never anything unexpected to deal with. Metrics you need to meet are very clear. Insurance benefits are fine. They also started a 401k match. They will progress you through tiers of associate if you are fast and accurate with good attendance, so you can make a lot more than the entry level associates if you try.
Cons
Coworkers can be questionable. They have definitely hired some people with criminal records they should not have hired, as well as people who lack basic workplace manners. High turnover environment. The good news is that lousy people end up quitting or getting fired, but the bad news is that there is an endless parade of lousy people coming through the door every few weeks.
