Profit Sharing, decent PTO, annual bonus (if the firm is doing well), and good festivities when the OM's have effort and budget.

Cons

Retention is no value here. You'll also find favoritism and nepotism rule the roost, even if individuals don't have the qualifications. If you're not an attorney, you are just staff. Be prepared to be thrown into the grind but also tactfully hand hold your attorneys.

Generally great, hard working staff who are willing to go out of their way to support you. Nice lunch n’ learn opportunities, lots of perks, wonderful healthcare plans, and great upper management.

Cons

A select few of the attorneys and professional staff are very difficult to deal with. Admin staff is paid way below market rate for NC.
