unorganized - everyone is overloaded

Pros

Several operational challenges, including the absence of standardized project procedures and formal management systems. Teams are fragmented, and the organizational structure is top-heavy, with a large proportion of managerial staff compared to production roles. At present, only three project captains and no dedicated in-house project architect are supporting a portfolio of more than forty active projects, which creates significant pressure on project coordination and delivery.

Pros

Everyone below management were good to work with.

Cons

Management was abusive and disrespectful. Every week they would call people out during meetings claiming it as “Lessons Learned “. Many of my colleagues left within the small length of time I worked there. Work life balance is non-existent and pay/bonuses were much lower than industry standards.
