Pros

Had a fantastic manager and really loved the team. I especially loved that the company had a Learning and Development team. The performance reviews were well structured and the company really supported the development of their employees (supporting cost for Lynda, courses, and conferences).

Cons

Working in fashion often involves lower salaries and crazy working hours. It's great for exposure, gaining experience, and growing as a professional but can be challenging if you don't have enough experience to justify a higher salary.

- super lovely girls and staff members that you work with - manager gives you full attention when you first start and gives you proper training & introductions - was very organised and learnt a lot about standards - 8 hour contract gets £100 allowance a month on uniform with 75% discount!! Normal discount = 40% - pay was relatively decent (£7.10)

Cons

- harder to pick out clothes for uniform as a teenager because most of the clothes are aimed at middle aged women - no job progression - given a lot of overtime (good if you want it)

there is no moving up.Lots of empty promises,no bonuses,no getting paid more for working bank holidays or any other holidays.
