Lovely staff, good pay for retail, good amount of holiday a year, good staff uniform discount.

Cons

Too strict on uniform - have to have outfits approved by staff etc. - uncomfortable. Allowing us to wear branded trainers would be helpful. Especially if you’re young and don’t like this type of clothing, it’s a lot of pressure. No overtime, too strict about sickness - accidents happen.
