The high standards they have to maintain may seem daunting, however once you've settled in, you feel like part of a family regardless of what level you're at Noone is too insignificant to be trained, developed, attain responsibility One of the best retail staff discounts I know to date with a very healthy discount for uniform Always stay trendy but classy, timeless fashion Pay is very fair considering retail being one of the poorest paying industries.
Cons
Like with most retail jobs, if you're not willing to put in the extra effort and passion, it can seem a drag. Lower down the chain, if you don't have a great manager (which I was lucky to have all the way through) then you may feel 'lost' or 'insignificant'
