Good staff and fun to hang out with after. Manager was the one of the best I've ever met, she cared for our needs and made sure the staff were happy. Flexibility with work shifts.

Cons

Lower management changed at the flagship bringing in inexperienced and unprofessional assistant managers. Rudeness and laziness by lower management with no respect for the values of the store

40% staff discount across both Warehouse and Oasis Brilliant uniform allowance, although perhaps a little low Great atmosphere within the company Management are more often than not brilliant!

Not much progression within the company unless you are full time

Pros

Friendly, helpful and welcoming staff. Trusted with all tasks. Some days are busy which means your shift goes fast and you get to work on lots of different things, some days are slower so you can take time making the store look presentable. I learned a lot about myself and how to provide excellent customer service.

Cons

Not much room for job progression.
