      - Great people on the team to work with when I was based at the Argyle St Branch, manager there at the time was very friendly and offered me the time, patience and training to progress further - Flexible working hours while I was still in university - Given the opportunity to progress as a Visual Merchandiser in the White City Branch at Westfield

      Cons

      - Management at White City is horrible! Never have I been so patronised throughout my entire career in this line of work - VM management from head office can be very catty when they come in store, they treat sales staff like garbage - Sometimes my pay didn't include all my hours, I would need to consistently chase Payroll up on this!
