Weekly Pay 3 and a half day work schedule (12hours)

Cons

Take the opportunity to properly train your associates. This is a good company however it could be one of the best companies if training guidelines were implemented and followed. Every new associate should receive the best training resources from an associate that has the willingness to offer their best training tactics to every new associate working for your company.

I feel as though the company listens to their employees. They do a very good job of keeping them informed.

Cons

If I had to put one, I would say that some of their business practices are a bit archaic in nature and could be adapted to fit modern times.
