Competitive pay for any position held Great benefits to include 401K, profit sharing, company sponsored events, bonus programs Great potential for advancement if dedicated.

Cons

Floor employees will typically work 50+ hours in a week most weeks. Management employees will work 55+ hours in a week most weeks. If you are single and looking for a place that promotes fast then this place is perfect for you. But understand you will be sacrificing most of your social life to obtain this.
