Nepotism runs THICK - Terrible leadership - Very biased!!!

Pros

None anymore, things have changed drastically in the past 5 years.

Cons

The nepotism is terrible and runs very deep. They have no fears of treating anyone not hired through nepotism terribly including harassment, retaliation and mental abuse. Entire departments have now left because of this. Senior leadership is terrible, unqualified and not even remotely supportive. They will support nepotism hire's lies over truth and their most dedicated employees. Complete lack of integrity and honesty nowadays. It seems that due to negative reviews, they are now hiring under alternative company names! BEWARE!!!!!

It would be very satisfying if pay was good, the only people are happy are who negotiate good salary when they are hired

Pros

Flex time, they are very flexible to accommodate to your schedule, you are never denied vacation or time off. Very relaxed ! They are very understanding to personal needs.

Cons

Very little structure, you better know what your are doing, because nobody is going to help you unless you ask for it. If you are a self starter then it's great, but if you are not or just starting then it could be frustrating. This could be a Pro instead of a Con for some people.
