lots of free stuff from movies and TV shows. free parking and a nice cafeteria. plenty of celeb sightings. decent dress code policy.

Cons

it is a big company, so lots of the usual corp crap that you have to deal with. you also cannot get anywhere without your badge, so forgetting it is a pain.

The leader in motion pictures, television, and entertainment. On the forefront of new technologies and trends. Generous benefits, competitive salaries.

Cons

Like any big company getting things approved is slow. Management many times does not communicate initiatives and processes effectively. Constant crisis mode and being reactive are the norm in my group.
