Pros

A great family environment with top notch employees and supervisors. Learn from the best at the #1 company in the business today. Hard work is always recognized and it is a pleasure to go to work every day.

Cons

Too few opportunities for growth leading to a stagnant routine that gets mundane over the long term. This is basically the same across all major studios where the employee usually gets lost in the massive corporation and has very little voice.

Pros

Love being on a studio lot, WB is overall friendly and positive. WB has many on site conveniences such as Starbucks, Commissary, Credit Union. Occasional perks for worker bees such as company screenings and entertainment discounts. WB is generous with vacation and sick time.

Cons

Unfortunately, regular benefits such as medical, dental, vision and retirement cost more than in years past , are reduced in scope or are discontinued altogether.

Opportunities for involvement with fellow employees in corporate classes / demos and corporate outreach. The company generally promotes from within.

Cons

It was extremely disappointing when Time Warner removed ongoing pension plan participation as one of the job benefits. Always potential down-turns in company performance leave the threat of lay-offs open.
