Wasatch provided an opportunity to learn the property management business and to hone in my skills as a professional.

Cons

Pay is considerably lower than industry standard; litigious policies seem to nickel and dime both residents and employees.

Pros

The support that Wasatch offers to employees is immeasurable. They stand at our sides and listen to our ideas and needs. Maintenance technicians receive allotments to purchase tools that will belong to them, not the properties. There are bonus programs for every employee position onsite to help motivate the team, but the treatment we receive from our corporate support teams provide motivation as well. Growth from within is something that Wasatch truly values, we are constantly taught to train our teams for any possibilities.

Cons

Wasatch is constantly looking at new technologies, which is great, but sometimes can be confusing when systems are constantly changing.
