Great first sports job but high turnover for a reason

Free tickets and lots of responsibility right away. If you love the Redskins, it can be very fun.

Cons

Low pay (even for sports standards), unorganized, petty, and political upper management team, organization doesnt show appreciation for staff enough. Easy place to burn out quickly.
