      You get free tickets - most of your coworkers are young and cool to be around

      Cons

      Team is understaffed in the ticket office and sales office. Embarrassingly low pay for requiring a college degree, especially after getting a promotion. Minimal opportunities for real advancement to decent paying positions.

      Work for an NFL team.

      Cons

      Very underpaid for the amount of work you do. Poor management with zero communication as to what is going on. Bad leads, with terrible commission rate. You essentially get .001 percent, and no renewals. It is a glorified secretary position.
