Fast-paced work, had a great team.

Talent left for better opportunities. Was a hectic environment with quite a bit of volatility.

Pros

Work life balance is great and you can BS your way/continually chat with coworkers in meetings that accomplish nothing.

Cons

Management has no clue what they’re doing. Continually praise incompetent employees while overworking those that actually get things done.

Pros

This is a wonderful place to work. Very flexible, great pay, and , management is great. This company fully supports their employees.

Cons

Some turnover needs to happen. You have some over paid complainers that have no pride in their work and they act very entitled. They really have no idea how hard it is to find this type of work environment.
