Pros

I loved my job at Washington State University. Great opportunity to grow and learn with great co-workers. The benifits were also great.

Cons

Due to continual budget cuts the assigned duties for faculty and staff were continually increasing without an increase in pay. Although departments try to keep cuts to a minimum, jobs were not very secure during the time I was employed at WSU.

It can be a bit much to handle when you are a full time student.
