Best starting pay in the industry Great management Good training Excellent company culture Seriously, if you’re trying to get your start in the CDL industry, check out ACE Solid Waste. You couldn’t ask for better if you wanted to. This is your dream job. They have a Mom and Pop culture, but have the resources of a multi billion dollar corporation. You will not find a better company to work for

Benefits package is great.

Cons

Pay is ok, however if you have anything over a family of 3 it makes it really difficult to financially support your family at an entry level position unless you have some sort of financial stability or our a 2 income home prior to.
