      "Great Place to Work" - Sometimes

      Pros

      Benefits were worked into your salary and family insurance was around 200 per month. Company paid into your 401k and gave pretty good time off allowance and annual increases. Benefits portal was easy to use, and the company seemed to recognize and award people for their hard work.

      Cons

      Moving up was difficult. If you turn down an advancement opportunity you were blacklisted, you will not get another chance. Most advancement opportunities are less than you are making or require more time than you are used to. They will keep you around afterwards and use you up until you quit or get broke down like their equipment.

      The pay is the only thing good there

      Cons

      The company doesn't care about their employees so nothing ever is posted about them. They just point out flaws

      Pros

      Lots of hours available , great benefits and great pension

      Cons

      Very high stress, un-organized routes, over work. If you break down you’re more then likely play catch up which is working 12 hrs none stop on the following day trying to get back up-to date with service
